What we collect
Only what you give us: an email address, if you choose to request the free Family's Field Guide. That's the only form on the site. Please don't include health details about yourself or anyone else in any message you send us — we don't want or need them.
How it's used
- Your email is used to send the guide and our related educational emails. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
- Email delivery is handled by our email service provider (Kit), which stores addresses on our behalf.
- We never sell or share your email with treatment providers, advertisers, or anyone else.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers and no sale of personal data.
- The site stores one small preference on your device (your light/dark theme choice). If we add privacy-respecting analytics later, this page will say so first.
- Reading this site requires no account and no personal information.
Your choices
Unsubscribe any time via the link in any email. To have your address deleted entirely — or to ask anything about your data — write to info@lovedandsober.com and we'll take care of it.
