What we collect
Only what you give us: an email address, if you choose to request the free Family's Field Guide. That's the only form on the site. Please don't include health details about yourself or anyone else in any message you send us — we don't want or need them.
How it's used
- Your email is used to send the guide and our related educational emails. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
- Email delivery is handled by our email service provider (Kit), which stores addresses on our behalf.
- We never sell or share your email with treatment providers, advertisers, or anyone else.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, and it is cookieless. It tells us which pages get read and roughly where visitors arrived from — nothing more. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device or browser, does not follow you across other websites, and never builds a profile of you. There is no advertising network involved and nothing is sold or shared. Because it collects no personal data, there is no cookie banner to click and nothing for you to opt out of — there is no profile of you to delete.
We turned it on because we would rather know which guides actually help people than guess. If we ever adopt anything that collects more than this, this page will say so before we do.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers and no sale of personal data.
- No cookies for tracking. The site stores one small preference on your device — your light/dark theme choice — and nothing else.
- Reading this site requires no account and no personal information.
Your choices
Unsubscribe any time via the link in any email. To have your address deleted entirely — or to ask anything about your data — write to info@lovedandsober.com and we'll take care of it.
